Tips to keep your Computer and Network Parasite and Virus free

It is difficult to know for sure whether your Computers and Network are 100% secure and parasite free. However a few basic precautions can go a long way toward mitigating most of the more common and obvious security threats. See below:

• Always keep your Virus definitions up to date. Daily if possible.
• Use at least one Anti-Spyware/Adware program on a weekly basis. It might even take two to catch and remove particular types of parasite. Spybot - Search and Destroy is always one of our top two choices.
• If in doubt about an Email or a Website then don't open or click on it.
